CANCELLATION POLICY
I require a 48hr notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to give 48hr notice will result in a 50% fee of services bookend. Appointments canceled 8hrs or less will result in 100% fee of services booked. No call/ no show will result in 100% fee of the services booked. I understand sometimes it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please keep in mind as a service professional I am only compensated when working. Each appointment slot is valuable and reserved just for you, making it difficult to fill with limited notice. These policies are strictly enforced to protect myself and my business.
